King George Farmers' Market
Products: Our market opened in May 2009. We are a producer/growers' only market, open to all growers in the county of King George. We have about a dozen vendors onboard, including an Egg Sellers Collective of a half-dozen families selling chicken and duck eggs. Our offerings include vegetables, bedding and herb plants, flowers, beef, fish, bread, jams and baked goods. The King George Farmers' Market is warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. We host special events seasonally and a Family Sing-Along once a month. Our connection with local community service organizations helps us outreach to the county in many ways, including fundraising for local families in need and supporting our county food bank.
